On March 28, in Milan, IBSA Foundation will award the four winners of the 2018 IBSA Fellowships for their high-profile projects in the same number of research areas: Dermatology, Endocrinology, Fertility-Urology, and Pain Medicine / Rheumatology / Orthopedics.

The awards ceremony, which marks the closure of the sixth edition of IBSA Fellowships, will be held on Thursday, March 28, from 17:00 to 19:00 at the Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, with which the IBSA Foundation has chosen to enter into an important partnership in the year celebrating the 500-year anniversary of the death of Leonardo.

The guest of honor at the event will be the US particle physicist James Beacham, who is working on the ATLAS experiment at CERN in Geneva and is part of the team that discovered the Higgs Boson in 2012. Beacham, already hosted by the Foundation at the event “La Scienza a regola d’Arte” (State-of-the-Art Science) last October 18, will bring his testimony as a researcher, highlighting the vital importance of research in the medical and scientific field, as well as supporting young talent.

The event will be private. A simultaneous translation service will be provided. Further details on this page.
