USI Scholarships

Since 2017, the IBSA Foundation has set up annual renewable scholarships as a contribution to encourage academic studies in medicine with a ten-year collaboration. The scholarships are intended for students enrolled in Bachelor's and Master's programmes in the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Lugano.

Who is eligible for a scholarship?

Each year, we offer 25 scholarships in the amount of 2,000 for USI students studying medicine in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree programme.
